Removal and Replacement

REMOVAL

CAUTION: Always disconnect the battery ground cable prior to work on the electronic engine controls or damage to the electronic component may occur.

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.







2. Remove the screw and position the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) connector out of the way.







3. Remove the nuts.







4. Remove the powertrain control module cover.







5. Remove the three pushpins and the under dash sight cover.







6. Remove the powertrain control module from the bulkhead.







INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
