Parts will be direct shipped to your dealership Parts Manager under a modified "Low Volume Recall Programs" procedure. Dealers are to order parts for affected in stock units AND at the request of a customer with a verified affected unit. Dealers are to call the Ford Program Assistance Center at 1-800-248-0186 to place an order. Refer to the All-Dealer letter (Attachment IV).
