Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc: Description and Operation

^ There are three audio systems available:
^ The M100 audio system.
^ The P100i premium audio system.
^ The P100i with optional audio system.

The M100 and P100i audio Systems consist of:
^ Two premium front door radio speakers.
^ Two premium package tray speakers.

The P100i optional audio system consists of:
^ One two-way radio speaker mounted in each front door.
^ Two two-way radio speakers mounted in the package tray.
^ A subwoofer with an enclosure and an external amplifier.

Both P100i systems can be equipped with:
^ An optional trunk mounted 6-disc digital audio compact disc player.
^ A hands-free operating system for a Ford cellular phone (if equipped).

Auxiliary Audio Controls:

Steering Wheel Controls
The audio controls on the steering wheel (if equipped) allow the driver to control volume, mode, and memory presets. The audio controls are located on the right side of the steering wheel

The radio suppression equipment reduces interference transmitted through the radio speakers by the engine ignition and electrical system.
