EGR Tube: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Remove the appearance cover.







2. Remove the cables from the EGR valve tube heat shield.







3. Remove the bolts and the EGR valve tube heat shield.







4. Remove the nut at the EGR valve.
5. Raise and support the vehicle. For additional information, refer to Maintenance/Service and Repair.







6. Remove the nut at the exhaust manifold.
7. Lower the vehicle.







8. Remove the vacuum lines from the differential pressure feedback EGR.







9. Remove the vacuum lines from the tube.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
