Roof Panel

REMOVAL
1. Remove the roof headlining.







2. Disconnect the drain tubes attached to each corner.







3. Disconnect the connector.







4. Remove the bolts.







5. Remove the bolts.

NOTE: Support the roof panel to prevent the unit from dropping.

6. Remove the roof panel.

INSTALLATION







1. Transfer the following components to the new roof panel:
- Duo Lock(R) attachments
- roof opening glass (glass)
- roof sliding panel opening shield (shield)
- sliding roof panel motor (motor)
- control module
- sight shields
- water trough







2. Install and support the roof panel.
- Make sure line-up pins are properly seated on each side.







3. Install the bolts in the sequence shown.







4. Position the rear mounting brackets and tighten the bolts.

NOTE: The rear mounting brackets are shipped loosely assembled.







5. Tighten the bolts.







6. Connect the connector.







7. Connect the drain tubes to each corner.
8. Install the roof headlining.
9. Adjust the roof opening glass height.
