Front Caster Split Adjustment

NOTE: A new left hand lower arm-to-frame rearward mounting bolt must be installed with a cam bolt kit to allow for adjustment in the frame slot. The vehicle must be supported by the frame to ease the movement of the lower arm in the frame slot.





1. Remove and discard the left lower arm-to-frame rearward mounting nut and bolt.





2. Install the cam, bolt and nut.
^ Snug the nut.





3. Rotate the cam bolt to adjust the left side caster.





4. CAUTION: Make sure that the weight of the vehicle is resting on the wheel and tire assemblies before tightening the nut.

While holding the cam, tighten the nut.
5. Check the caster and, if necessary, repeat the procedure.
