Normal Operation
The DSM receives power from the BIB at all times through circuit 566 (DG). The DSM is grounded through circuits 1203 (BK/LB) and 1205 (BK). Pressing the switch upward closes circuit 1492 (LB/RD) to ground circuit 1205 (BK) through the manual adjustable pedal switch and the DSM will power and ground circuits 1490 (LB/OG) and 1489 (LB/BK) as the adjustable pedal motor moves the pedal away from the driver. Pressing the switch downward closes circuit 1493 (PK/BK) to ground circuit 1205 (BK) and the DSM will power and ground circuits 1489 (LB/BK) and 1490 (LB/OG) as the adjustable pedal motor moves the pedal toward the driver.
