HEATER CORE - FRONT

REMOVAL

NOTE: If a heater core leak is suspected, the heater core must be pressure leak tested before it is removed from the vehicle.

1. Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Housing Assembly HVAC, Service and Repair, Service and Repair







2. Remove the parts in the order indicated in the illustration and table.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
