Normal Operation
Under normal operation when the rear window defrost is ON, the heated exterior mirrors receive power from the heated grid relay through circuit 59 (DG/VT) and ground through circuit 57 (BK).

Possible Causes
- Open in circuits 57 (BK) or 59 (DG/VT)
- Damaged exterior mirror glass
- Inoperative rear window defrost system
