Normal Operation
The instrument cluster sounds the warning chime when the driver door is open and the ignition switch is in the OFF position, or the headlamps are left on.

Possible Causes
- circuit 158 (BK/PK) short to voltage
- circuit 257 (WH/RD) short to voltage
- headlamp switch
- key-in-ignition warning switch (part of the ignition switch)
- instrument cluster
