Normal Operation
The remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter sends a signal to the vehicle security module to initiate the liftgate window glass release function. The liftgate window glass release actuator receives voltage from the vehicle security module on circuit and 1350 (WH/PK) ground on circuit 57 (BK). The liftgate glass release switch provides a ground signal to the vehicle security module on circuit 1760 (WH/VT) by connecting circuit 1760 (WH/VT) to circuit 57 (BK).

Possible Causes
- circuit 57 (BK) open
- circuit 1350 (WH/PK) open or short to ground
- circuit 1523 (DG) short to voltage
- circuit 1760 (WH/VT) open or short to ground
