Normal Operation
During normal operation, power is supplied to the accessory delay relay at all times through the CJB. The accessory delay relay is activated when the instrument cluster module (ICM) supplies ground to the relay through circuit 1332 (LB).

Possible Causes
- Delayed accessory relay
- Open in circuit 1332 (LB)
- Central junction box (CJB)
- ICM
