Issue
When the key is used in the door lock cylinder to unlock the vehicle, it is possible that the Perimeter Anti-theft alarm may sound when the door is opened. Also, the Global Open feature may not operate when the key is used in the door lock cylinder.

Action
On all affected vehicles, dealerships are instructed to use IDS release 48.14, 49.2 or later to reset the front door lock switch parameter within the Smart Junction Box. (See Technical Instructions.)
