Removal and Installation

Vehicles without navigation system

1. Remove the HVAC module. For additional information, refer to Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC) Module Service and Repair.

2. Remove the 4 Audio Control Module (ACM) screws and position the ACM away from the center register trim panel.





Vehicles with navigation system

3. Remove the RH instrument panel finish moulding.

All vehicles

4. Remove the 4 instrument panel finish panel screws and remove the panel.

5. Remove the 5 center instrument panel finish panel screws and the finish panel.

6. Detach the in-vehicle temperature sensor from the instrument panel.

7. Disconnect the in-vehicle temperature sensor aspirator hose and electrical connector.

8. Remove the in-vehicle temperature sensor.

9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
