Washer Jet
Removal
1. Remove the 7 pushpins and the hood insulator.
2. NOTICE: Do not separate the washer jet-to-washer hose retaining tabs more than necessary when removing the washer hose from the washer jet. Excessive force will reduce the retaining tab retention.
Disconnect the washer jet from the washer hose. For additional information, refer to C-Lock Coupler Description and Operation.
- Separate the washer jet retaining tabs and pull the washer hose away from the washer jet.
3. NOTICE: When prying on a component, a non-marring tool must be used or damage to the component may occur.
Remove the washer jet.
- Insert a sturdy plastic card between the washer jet and the hood. Press forward to release the retaining clip.
Installation
1. Place the washer jet tab in the hood and press forward until a click is heard.
2. Connect the washer jet hose to the washer jet.
3. Install the hood insulator and the 7 pushpins.
