Camshaft Position (CMP) Sensor













Removal and Installation

1. Remove the Air Cleaner (ACL) outlet pipe.

2. Disconnect the Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor electrical connector.

3. Remove the bolt and the CMP (Camshaft Position) sensor.
- To install, tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb-in).


4. NOTE: Lubricate the CMP (Camshaft Position) sensor O-ring seal with clean engine oil.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
