Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer): Testing and Inspection

1. Remove water temperature switch from radiator.
2. Place temperature switch in a container of water.
3. Connect ohmmeter leads across switch terminals.
4. Gradually heat water and ensure switch opens when temperature exceeds 62.6°F.
