(b) Measure cylinder head distortion at the six places shown in the figure.
Distortion limits: 0.15 mm (0.006 in).






(c) If distortion exceeds the limit, grind the surface, or replace the cylinder head.
Grind limits: 0.20 mm (0.008 in).
Standard cylinder head height: 91.95-92.05 mm (3.620-3.624 in.)
