1. Start engine and allow to reach normal operating temperature, then shut engine off.
2. Connect engine signal monitor and adapter to control unit as shown, Fig. 17.

3. Turn ignition switch to On position, then measure voltage of each terminal and compare to specifications, Fig. 18. If voltage readings are not as specified, check all wiring and connections in circuit before checking or replacing component.
