1. On turbo models, use an ohmmeter to measure the actuator clutch solenoid resistance as shown in Fig. 4.
2. On non-turbo models, use an ohmmeter to measure the actuator clutch solenoid resistance as shown in Fig. 5.
3. On all models, connect terminals to a 12 volt power source and ground as shown in Fig. 6. If control cable does not respond as shown, replace actuator.
