Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove the air flow meter.
2. Check the air flow meter body for cracks.
3. Check that the measuring plate moves smoothly.
4. Disconnect the connector from the air flow meter.

5. Move the measuring plate and check for resistance between the terminals with an ohmmeter.
6. Reconnect the connector after checking.
