Power Steering Pressure Switch: Testing and Inspection

1. Disconnect the P/S pressure switch connector.

2. Start the engine and check for continuity of the switch with an ohmmeter. While turning the steering wheel, the switch should show continuity. With the steering wheel statically in the straight ahead position, there should be no continuity between the switch terminals.
3. Reconnect the switch connector after checking.
