Location 5: "A" Pillar Area

1. 4 & 5-Door Models

A) Open front door and remove the fixing screw from the lower side of the drip molding.

B) For 4 & 5-Door models, remove original screw boss ftom pillar and discard.



C) Install a protector between the drip molding and the "A"-pillar.



D) Reinstall the fixing screw and insert the protector inside the cavity of the front fender.



2. MX-6

A) Cut the boss off of the protector.



B) Glue the protector to the drip molding as shown.

C) Insert protector into cavity in fender.
