Rear Cover

1. Apply engine oil to rear cover, oil seal and oil seal lip.
2. Press oil seal into rear cover.
3. Install rear cover with new gasket, torquing to specification.
4. Cut away portion of gasket that projects out from rear cover assembly toward oil pan side. Do not scratch rear cover assembly.
