System Inspection
Swirl Control Valve Actuator At Idle:
1.
Warm engine to operating temperature and run at idle.
2.
Check that rod is pulled into the
swirl control valve actuator at idle.
3.
Gradually increase engine speed and check that rod extends above approximately 4000 rpm.
