A. Modification of Main Fuse Box

1. Remove the negative battery terminal. Figure 2.




2. Remove the heater fuse. Figure 3.

NOTE:
Refer to main fuse case cover for the location of heater fuse.

3. Remove the two (2) nuts that secure the main fuse case to the mounting bracket.





4. Turn the fuse case over and remove blue wire (A) (vehicle harness) from the bottom of the heater fuse location. Figure 4.





5. Insert the blue wire (B) from the countermeasure harness into the receptacle where blue wire (A) was removed in step 4. Figure 5.

6. Insert the blue wire (A) into the blue/ orange wire connector (female end) of the countermeasure harness. Figure 5.

7. Pull the wires lightly to make sure that they are securely inserted.
