Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair
Catalytic Converter R&R:
^ Remove in sequence shown.
^ Check all components for damage, deterioration, and restriction. Repair or replace as needed.
^ Install in reverse order of removal.
NOTE: If insulation cover is touching catalytic converter housing, excessive heat at the floor will occur.

1. Main silencer.
2. Middle pipe.
3. Pre-silencer.
4. Catalytic converter.
5. Bracket.
6. Front pipe.
