Cabin Temperature Sensor / Switch: Testing and Inspection

ACS (Passenger Compartment Temperature) Inspection






Step 1
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the ACS (Passenger Compartment Temperature) connector.




3. Measure resistance of the ACS (Passenger Compartment Temperature) and the temperature around the ACS (Passenger Compartment Temperature).




4. Compare the values with those in the diagram.





Step 2
1. Disconnect the A/C amplifier connectors.




2. Measure resistance between terminal wires (P) and (L/O) of the connector, and measure the temperature around the ACS (Passenger Compartment Temperature)
3. Compare the values with those in the diagram above.
