No-Load Test

After adjusting pinion gap, form a test circuit as in
Fig. 6 using a voltmeter and an ammeter.
Use heavy gauge wire and tighten terminals fully. 2.
Close switch K to run starter, voltage and ammeter readings, refer to
Starting and Charging/Starting System/Specifications for specifications.
