Crankshaft Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

A defective distributor "Ne" signal will set malfunction code 02 in the on-board diagnostic system. Refer to Malfunction Code No. 02.

A defective crank angle sensor (integrated into the distributor) "G1" signal will set malfunction code 03 in the on-board diagnostic system.

A defective distributor "G2" signal will set a malfunction code 04.
