Valve Spring

1. Inspect each valve spring for cracking or damage. Replace spring as required.
2. Check spring free length and angle. Spring length should be 1.970 inch (50.05mm) and must not be less than 1.963 inch (49.85mm). Spring angle should not exceed .069 inch (1.75mm). If valve spring measurements are not as specified, replace spring.
