Test Notes

1. Pinpoint Tests require use of SUPER STAR II 49 UN01 056 tester or equivalent.
2. If trouble codes appear while performing Quick Test, refer to EEC Diagnostic Trouble Code Description chart for appropriate service procedure.
3. Prior to entering Pinpoint Tests, check PCM wiring harness for proper connections, bent or broken pins, corrosion, loose wires, proper routing, proper seals and their condition. Check PCM sensors and actuators for damage.
4. If a concern still exists after diagnosis has been performed, check for mechanical problems.
