OUTPUT VOLTAGE

Function Sensor Output Voltage:






1. Connect SST, or equivalent, as shown.
2. Connect vacuum pump to EGR control valve.
3. Turn ignition "ON." Measure voltage as shown on table.
4. If not correct at terminal 2J, check wiring harness and PCME terminal 2K.

RESISTANCE

Function Sensor Resistance:






1. Unplug sensor and connect ohmmeter.
2. Connect vacuum pump to EGR control valve.
3. Measure resistance between terminals with vacuum applied as shown.
4. If not as specified, replace EGR control valve.
