NOTE: Manual transmission only.

INSPECTION
1. Disconnect the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) connector.
2. Connect the Super Star II Tester (SST) to the PCM.
3. Check the voltage at terminal 27 with a voltmeter.

SPECIFICATION:

ENGINE CONDITION VOLTAGE

Ignition switch ON 0.3 - 0.4 volts
Hot idle 0.3 - 0.4 volts
Driving 48 km/h (30 mph) 0.3 - 1.1 volts
Driving 88 km/h (55 mph) 0.8 - 2.0 volts

4. If not as specified, replace the Differential Pressure Feedback EGR sensor.
