Is Powertrain Control Module (PCM) terminal 10 voltage OK with PCM connector disconnected?

Condition Voltage
A/C On Battery positive
voltage
A/C Off Approx. 0 Volts

YES -- Replace PCM.

NO -- Check A/C Switch.
