Line Pressure
Fuel System Testing:
WARNING: Before performing this procedure, release fuel pressure.
1. Disconnect negative battery terminal.
2. Install pressure gauge between fuel filter and pulsation damper.
3. Reconnect battery.
4. Connect data link connector terminals F/P and GND with jumper wire.
5. Turn ignition "ON" and check line pressure.
PRESSURE: 38 - 46 psi (265 - 314 kPa)
6. If pressure is low, check: pump maximum pressure, fuel leaks, clogged fuel filter.
7. If pressure is high, replace pressure regulator.
