PCME Pin Test

SST-49 G018 903 Adapter Harness, SST-49 9200 162A Eng. Signal Monitor, SST-49 G018 904 Sheet Overlay:

1. Disconnect powertrain control module engine (PCME) connector and connect special service tools (SST)s (Engine Signal Monitor and Adapter) to PCME as shown.
2. Use adapter connector A to check voltages at terminals 1A through 1V and 3A through 3Z. Use connector B to check voltages at terminals 2A through 2P.

3. Place the SST-(sheet overlay) on the SST-(engine signal monitor).
4. Measure voltage at each terminal and compare to correct voltages on PCME terminal voltage charts. Refer to PCME Terminal Voltage Charts.

5. If any voltages are incorrect, check the related input or output devices and wiring. If no problem is found, replace PCME.
