No-Load Test
1.
Connect starter, battery, voltmeter and ammeter in a circuit as shown,
Fig. 21 and 22, then measure voltage, current (amps) and starter speed (RPM).
2.
If results are not as specified under
Starter Specifications, repair or replace starter as necessary.
