Air Injection Pump Relay: Testing and Inspection
Inspection (On-vehicle) Check that a "clicking" sound is heard at the
Air pump relay when turning the ignition switch ON and OFF.
B+: Battery Positive Voltage:
Continuity Inspection 1.
Disconnect the
air pump relay.
2.
Apply Battery positive voltage and ground to terminals B and D of the
relay.
3.
Check continuity of the
relay.
