Air Injection Pump: Adjustments
Procedure 1.
Loosen alternator mount bolt and locknut.
2.
Move alternator to obtain proper tension.
3.
Tighten bolts and recheck tension.
Air Pump Belt Deflection With 98N (22lb.ft.) applied to belt:

6.0 - 7.0 mm (0.24 - 0.27 in) -
Used
7.0 - 7.5 mm (0.28 - 0.29 in) -
Limit
9.0 mm (0.35 in)
