Component Tests and General Diagnostics

1. Shift the transmission into park/neutral position.
2. Turn the A/C switch and fan switch ON.
3. Start the engine.
4. Check that the condenser fan does not operate for approx. 10 seconds after starting.
5. If not as specified check the throttle position sensor and engine control module 1J terminal voltage.
