Transmission Fluid Temperature Switch

Removal
1. On level ground, jack up the vehicle and support it evenly on safety stands.




2. Loosen the oil pan mounting bolts, and drain the ATF into a suitable container.
3. Remove the oil pan.




4. Remove the transmission fluid temperature switch.

Installation
1. Install the transmission fluid temperature switch and connect the connector.

Tightening torque: 6.9-8.8 Nm (61-78 in.lb.)




2. Install the oil pan.




3. Pour in ATF, and with the engine idling, check the ATF level and check for leaks.
