Octane Adjust (OCT ADJ) shorting bar

FUNCTION
OCT ADJ shorting bar is used to retard spark three degrees when bar is removed from in-line connector.

REMARKS
OCT ADJ self test is to check state of OCT ADJ shorting bar
If the octane adjust shorting bar or circuit has an open, Diagnostic Trouble Code No. P1390 is output.
