^ Damaged power seat switch

^ Open or short circuit in wiring harness
^ Poor connection of connector

Step 1

Fuse Inspection:

Action Chart:

Check the POWER SEAT 30A fuse in the fuse block.

Step 2

Voltmeter Connection:

Action Chart:

Measure the voltage at the (Y) terminal wire of the power seat switch connector.

Step 3

Ohmmeter Connection:

Action Chart:

Disconnect the power seat switch connector and check for continuity between the (B) terminal wire of the connector and ground.

Step 4

Voltmeter Connection:

Reference:

1. Measure the voltage at the terminal wires of the power seat motor connectors with the power seat switch in the following positions.
2. If correct, replace the power seat motors.
3. If not as specified, check the power seat switch.
