Fluid - M/T: Service and Repair

1. On level ground, jack up the vehicle and support it evenly on safety stands.
2. Remove the drain plug and washer.





3. Drain the oil into a suitable container.
4. Install a new washer and the drain plug. Tighten to 40 - 58 Nm (29 - 43 ft. lbs.).





5. Remove the oil level plug and washer. Add 2.7 liters (2.9 quarts) of specified oil through the plug port until the level reaches the lower edge of the port.
6. Install a new washer and the oil level plug. Tighten to 40 - 58 Nm (29 - 43 ft. lbs.).
