EGR Valve: Service and Repair
REPLACEMENT Plug the water hoses after disconnecting them.
1.
Remove the
EGR valve in the sequence shown below.
(1)
Vacuum hose
(2)
EGR valve position sensor connector
(3)
EGR valve and gasket
2.
Install a new gasket, and then install the
EGR in the reverse order of removal.
