Removal / Installation

FS Engine:




KL Engine:





1. Remove in the order shown in the figure.
2. Install in the reverse order of removal.

WARNING:
^ Fuel vapor is hazardous. It can very easily ignite, causing serious injury and damage. Always keep sparks and flames away from fuel.
^ Fuel line spills and leaks are dangerous. Fuel can ignite and cause serious injuries or death and damage. Fuel can also irritate skin and eyes. To prevent this, always complete the "Fuel Line Safety Procedures" on section F2.

Before performing this operation, drain the engine coolant.





Fuel Line Safety Procedures
1. Start the engine.
2. Remove the fuel pump relay.
3. After the engine stalls, turn the ignition switch to OFF.
4. Install the fuel pump relay.
