Front
1.
Remove the front
heater core from the front heater unit.
2.
Check for cracks, damage, and coolant leakage. If any are found, replace the front
heater core.
3.
Check for bent fins. If any are bent, use a flathead screwdriver to straighten them.
4.
Verify that the front
heater core inlet and outlet are not distorted or damaged. Repair by using pliers if necessary.
