Transmission Temperature Sensor/Switch: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove the transmission fluid temperature sensor.





2. Place the transmission fluid temperature sensor in water with a thermometer as shown and heat the water gradually.
3. Measure the resistance between the terminals.





4. If not correct, replace the transmission fluid temperature sensor.
