Disassembly and Assembly

1. Disassemble the magnetic clutch.




2. Disassemble in the order indicated in the table.
3. Assemble in the reverse order of disassembly indicated in the table.
4. Fill the A/C compressor with the same amount of ND-OIL8 compressor oil as was drained before disassembly.
5. Install the bolts and discharge valve body.
6. Assemble the magnetic clutch.




Shaft Seal Disassembly Note
- Remove the shaft seal by using a suitably sized bushing.




Front Housing Assembly Note
- Set the SST onto the shaft to prevent damaging the shaft seal.




Shaft Seal Assembly Note
- Install the shaft seal by using a suitably sized bushing.
